Eligibility for SSO Emitra MIS

The services of the e-Mitra Rajasthan portal are for two types of people – ordinary citizens and e Mitra operators (kiosk owners).

Eligibility For Citizens

1. Must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
2. Must have basic knowledge of the internet and digital payments.
3. Aadhaar card and mobile number must be linked.

Eligibility For Emitra Operator (Kiosk Owner)

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Permanent resident of Rajasthan.
• 10th or 12th pass.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation.

If a person wants to run an e-Mitra kiosk, he has to undergo training to become an e-Mitra operator.

SSO Emitra login & eMitra Online Verification

• First of all, go to the official website of e-mitra Rajasthan.
• Click on the “Citizen Registration” option on the homepage.
• Enter your information, including name, mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar number.
• Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
• Create your login password.
• After registration is complete, log in and choose the service you need and upload the required documents.
• If there is a fee for the service, then pay through digital means.

Application Process For e-mitra Operator

1. Click on “Kiosk Registration” on emitra.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Enter name, date of birth, address, Aadhaar and PAN number.
3. Upload educational certificates, training certificates, bank details and photo.
4. Fill shop/centre address, area type (urban/rural).
5. The documents will be verified by the District e-Mitra office.
6. After verification is complete, login details will be sent to your email/mobile.
7. Now you can provide services through the e Mitra portal.

How To Check Emitra Status

To check Emitra token status, follow the steps given below:

• Go to the official site of e Mitra Rajasthan Portal.
• Click on the “Application Status” or “Track Application” option on the homepage.
• Enter Application ID or Transaction ID.
• Enter the captcha code.
• Click on the “Get Status” button.
