Objective of West Bengal Krishak Bondhu

The main objective of Krishak Bondhu Yojana is to strengthen the farmers of the state financially, so that they can do their agricultural work properly. Through this scheme, farmers are given financial assistance annually, and in case of the death of a farmer, financial help is also given to his family. The scheme was relaunched as “Natun Krishak Bondhu” on 17 June 2021, under the assistance amount restructured with a major increase.

• It is mandatory to be a resident of the state.
• The applicant must be a farmer (small, marginal or sharecropper).

Krishak Bandhu Registration Process

The online application process of অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি is as follows:

• Click on New Registration.
• Enter Aadhaar number and mobile number.
• Verify your mobile number through OTP.
• Fill in the required details: Farmer’s name, father/husband’s name, address and land details, etc.
• Upload documents after filling in the details.
• Click on Submit.
• You will get the Application ID/Receipt number. Keep it safe.
