The benefit of the MahaDBT Farmer Yojana is given only to those citizens who fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Maharashtra.
• The age of the applicant must be 18 years or older.
• The applicant must be a farmer or someone doing agriculture-related work.
• He must have the Satbara (7/12) document of land in his name.
• Landholder, leaseholder, Kastkar or sharecropper farmers can also be eligible (as per the scheme).
• The applicant must have a valid Aadhaar card.
